BAHÁ'Í NSA OF UNITED STATES LOSES ITS COURT CASE

The court action in Chicago, brought by the National Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá'ís of the United States of America, under the Bahá'í organization loyal to the sans-Guardian Universal House of Justice (“Bahá'í World Faith” or “BWF”) is now finally concluded in favor of the Orthodox Bahá'í Faith (“OBF”). The NSA brought this action on November 16, 2006 against the OBF in the United States but the NSA lost the case both in the trial court and the appeals court. The NSA trapped itself in its own net.

Guardianship is essential for the continuity of the Baha’i Faith

Dear Kevin,

I have gone through your questions and reply of Hand of Cause Nosrat ullah Bahremand and your comment on the reply of Mr. Nosrat.
I am writing to you, assuming that you are a Baha'i and a follower of majority group UHJ.
First of all I would like to write you that the reply by Mr. Nosrat is to the point and correct. Here I would like to clarify that the Universal House of Justice in Haifa without its head (Guardian) is Bogus.
As for the self-proclaimed, uncertified and power hungry guardians who are hiding behind the veils, attacking anonymously and sowing seed of infidelity and discontent, I also believe that it will serve no purpose. But I want to ask you whether the guardian in Baha’i Faith is essential or not?
I hope that as I assumed that you are a Bahai, you will investigate the matter of continuity of guardianship in the writings of Baha u llah, Abdu’l Baha and Shoghi Effendi. And if you are not a Bahai, you can comment anything.
And as for your comment that “The Orthodox Baha'i Faith and disputed guardianship castle is built on sand. How long will it stand....We will watch”, I feel that as the guardianship is an essential factor for the continuity of the Baha’i Faith, for power hungry people, it is good opportunity to proclaim for “False and bogus guardianship.” This is the testing time for the believers thus the duty of the believers is to follow the true guardian.
At the end, I request to you all the readers of our blog that if you are Baha'i, please adorn yourself with the moral and teachings of Baha u llah. I have seen lot of comments in blog which shows that commentators are Baha'is but their manner is not a “Baha'i Manner”

A LIVING INTERPRETER FOR THE FAITH

BAHÁ’U’LLÁH PROMISES CONTINUOUS ACCESS TO A LIVING INTERPRETER OF HIS WORD
"Those words uttered by the Luminaries of Truth must needs be pondered, and should their significance be not grasped, enlightenment should be sought from the Trustees of the depositories of Knowledge, that these may expound their meaning, and unravel their mystery. For it behooveth no man to interpret the holy words according to his own imperfect understanding, nor having found them to be contrary to his inclination and desires to reject and repudiate their truth. For such, today, is the manner of the divines and doctors of the age, who occupy the seats of knowledge and learning, and who have named ignorance knowledge, and called oppression justice."
Kitáb-i-Iqán (p.182)
Similarly to Muhammad Who, in referring to the Imams who were destined to succeed Him and be the sole interpreters of His word, stated in the Qu’ran: "Ask ye therefore, of them that have the custody of the Scriptures, if ye know it not." Bahá’u’lláh has likewise cautioned "no man to interpret the holy words according to his own imperfect understanding..." or "contrary to his inclination and desires..." and has enjoined those who do not grasp the significance of the revealed Word to seek enlightenment from the "Trustees of the depositories of Knowledge" (the depositories of Knowledge being their revealed Writings).
It is obvious that these Trustees (note the plurality) must be living to provide this sole source of interpretation as long as the Dispensation of Bahá’u’lláh endures. Is it not clear, therefore, that Bahá’u’lláh promised that there would be this continued source of interpretation following the Ascension of `Abdu’l-Bahá? And, therefore, `Abdu’l-Bahá provided for this continuing source of interpretation in the Institution of the Guardianship in His Will and Testament, a sacred Document that should actually be considered a part of the immutable explicit holy Text and nothing less than "Their Will" for, as Shoghi Effendi has explained in his work God Passes By : "This Instrument can, if we would correctly appraise it, no more be divorced from the One Who provided the motivating impulse for its creation than from Him Who directly conceived it."
Yet, in complete disregard of the foregoing, this divinely-conceived, co-authored, immutable and sacred Document has been shamefully and inexplicably repudiated by those who contend that the Guardianship of the Cause of God has come to and end only thirty-six years after the inception of the Administrative Order "fashioned by the hand of its perfect Architect" in which the Guardian has been designated both the Head of the Faith and the "sacred head for life" of its supreme legislative Organ.

A SEVERE TRIAL PURSUETH YOU

"O ye that are bereft of understanding! A severe trial pursueth you, and will suddenly overtake you. Bestir yourselves, that haply it may pass and inflict no harm upon you." — BAHÁ’U’LLÁH (p.169, Gleanings )

The above quotation differs in its language from other warnings of Bahá’u’lláh in which He has prophesied a dire catastrophe that is destined to befall the world.
Is there any doubt that He would have foreseen the crisis that was destined to afflict the Bahá’í World with the sudden and unexpected passing of the first Guardian of His Cause and prove to be a supreme test of the believers in their faith in the Covenant He had bequeathed to them and in the immutability and immortality of the divinely-conceived Will and Testament of the Center of the Covenant and the sacred "Child" of that Covenant? For such was the "severe trial" that would suddenly overtake them and which the vast majority of believers including the former Hands of the Cause (with a single notable exception) would tragically and miserably fail to survive.
What greater trial would have been foreseen by Bahá’u’lláh than one in which the fidelity of the believers to the continued Guardianship of the Cause of God and to the Administrative Order of which both He and ‘Abdu’l-Bahá had actually been Co-authors would be put to the proof and fail so completely that that they would abandon the divinely-conceived Administrative Order fashioned by "the master-hand of its perfect Architect" and shamelessly substitute, in its place, an obviously deformed, seriously flawed, and corrupted organization of their own making.
Would not Bahá’u’lláh have also foreseen that there would remain a small faithful and intrepid band of supporters of His Covenant who would retain a continuing unshakeable belief and faith in the immortality of the Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Bahá and in the Institution of the Guardianship, as embodied in that Will and whose permanency, throughout the entire duration of His Dispensation, Bahá’u’lláh had Himself promised in the Kitáb-i-Íqán and indirectly in the Tablet of the Holy Mariner and an Institution whose essentiality, indispensability and immortality would be subsequently confirmed and repeatedly emphasized in the writings and in many of the historic and epoch-making messages of Shoghi Effendi?
And would not Bahá’u’lláh have also foreseen the fate that ultimately awaited the illegitimate, headless, man-made body established outside of the provisions of the Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Bahá which its members, in their obvious self-delusion would still falsely claim to be the infallible Institution delineated in that sacred Document and, in spite of being a headless body, further incredibly pretend that this body had become the Head of the Faith? Thus, this illegitimate body, in its transparent and spiritual blindness, would flagrantly violate the indestructible, resistless and enduring Covenant of Bahá’u’lláh, as He had foretold they would in the Tablet of the Holy Mariner and would, in turn, ignominiously lead the vast majority of the believers throughout the world far astray from that glorious Covenant.
And, finally Bahá’u’lláh would have known that His invincible Covenant would ultimately obtain a lasting victory over this Great Violation and that the divinely-appointed institutions of His Most Great Order would be re-established as delineated by the Center of His Covenant in His Divine Charter and flourish in all of their promised perfection and glory as they achieved maturity in His future World Commonwealth – the Kingdom of God "on earth as it is in Heaven."

THE ILLEGITIMACY AND FRAUD OF THE BOGUS UHJ....

THE ILLEGITIMACY AND FRAUD OF THE BOGUS UHJ IS EXPOSED THROUGH ALI NAKHJAVANI'S BLATANT PERVERSION OF THE TRUTH.

After the passing of the first Guardian on 4 November 1957 the errant Hands appointed a body of nine Hands from their own number to take over direction of the Faith under the direction of his widow, Ruhiyyih Khanum, displacing thereby the supreme role that now belonged rightfully to an actively functioning International Baha’i Council under the Presidency of the second Guardian of the Faith and arrogated unto themselves the authority that belonged only to the Guardian whom they had in their faithlessness shamefully dethroned. This illegitimate body of nine former Hands who called themselves the Custodians of the Baha’i Faith, in turn, created another fake and dummy body which, other than its name, resembled in no way the true and legitimate Universal House of Justice described by Abdu’l-Baha in His sacred Will and Testament.

Since the establishment of this Headless body and its disobedience to the Guardian of the Cause of God is contradictory to the terms of the Will and Testament of Abdu’l Baha and the writings of Shoghi Effendi its legitimacy has been under constant question by the Baha’is.

In order, therefore, for this bogus UHJ to attempt to prove its legitimacy to the Baha’is, it had no other choice but to manipulate the Baha’i scriptures and resort to the writing of lies and erroneous and unauthorized interpretations and to many unethical actions such as changing the content of Baha’i books on the one hand and on the other by baring their sharp teeth and claws, as they threatened to call those Baha’is who did not conform to their dictates Covenant-breakers, whereas in reality, according to the definition of Covenant-breakers in the Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha, they themselves were clearly the Covenant-breakers.

Ali Nakhjavani, who was a former long-time member of this fake and illegitimate body in Haifa, has been written under the title of “Some thoughts on the ministry of the Universal House of Justice” in which he has tried to misguide and deviate to the readers.

The Hand of Cause of God Nosratullah Bahremand wrote a very critique on his article. For detail read, CLICK

MEANING OF THE COVENANT

"As regards the meaning of the Bahá'í Covenant:
The Guardian considers the existence of two forms of Covenant both of which are explicitly mentioned in the literature of the Cause.

1.
First is the Covenant that every Prophet makes with humanity or, more definitely, with His people that they will accept and follow the coming Manifestation who will be the reappearance of His reality.

2.
The second form of Covenant is such as the one Bahá'u'lláh made with His people that they should accept the Master. This is merely to establish and strengthen the succession of the series of Lights that appear after every Manifestation. Under the same category falls the Covenant the Master made with the Bahá'ís that they should accept His administration after Him."

The Vacant Chair of Guardian

The Master Abdu’l Baha states the following in His Will and Testament (Page No.15):

By this body (UHJ) all the difficult problems are to be resolved and the guardian of the Cause of God is its sacred head.

Should he not attend in person its deliberations, he must appoint one to represent him.

Can any Baha’i in the world provide an answer as to why the “Chair of the Guardian” is vacant in the so-called UHJ in Haifa? Who is the “sacred head” of their UHJ at this time?

DID SHOGHI EFFENDI FORESEE HIS EARLY PASSING?

Did Shoghi Effendi Forsee His Early Passing?
Unequiv0cally and Undeniably Y E S!
The question as to whether Shoghi Effendi had foreseen his early passing is asked by those Bahá'ís who, in their lack of faith in the indestructibility of the Covenant of Bahá'u'lláh and the immutability of the Will and Testament of `Abdu'l-Bahá, have inexcusably never taken the time or made the effort to search for an affirmative answer, which, otherwise, they would have been certain they would find, if they were to undertake a thorough review of the actions taken by Shoghi Effendi and particularly of the historic messages he had dispatched to theBahá'í World during the latter years of his ministry. Had they retained an unwavering faith...

Does Anyone Else have the Right to Expel Believers?

The Guardian, like the Master before him, has not considered it advisable to as yet permit any person or Assembly to put another person out of the Cause of God. There is a sharp distinction between depriving a believer of his voting rights, which is a severe disciplinary measure and not a spiritual sanction, and pronouncing a former believer to be a truly spiritually diseased soul, a soul in the condition the Master referred to when, in His last cable to America before His ascension, He said: 'he who sitteth with a leper catcheth leprosy'. The Guardian has, within the last few years, considered the National Assemblies strong enough to wield the instrument of sanction in the sense of depriving a Bahá’í of his voting rights. But no one but himself can pronounce a person to be in that diseased condition we call "Covenant-breaking", and no one but he can reinstate a Covenant-breaker. No National Assembly has been given this right and cannot, therefore, review the question or reinstate any one. All any National Assembly can do is to report to the Guardian if they are approached by a Covenant-breaker, and then the Guardian will take action. Read Full Article

5 Reasons to Accept the Continuity of Guardianship

Ross Campbell, on why he accepted Joel Bray Marangella as the 3rd Guardian of the Bahá'í Faith, appointed by the 2nd Guardian of the Bahá'í Faith, Charles Mason Remey.

Dear friends, It was mutually agreed between myself and a group of Heterodox Bahá'í believers which met together for discussion this afternoon and evening, that I should send out the attached statement openly declaring my submission to the 3rd Guardian of the Bahá'í Faith, Joel Bray Marangella. It is correct that I here briefly include my reasons for that submission to the Guardian of the Bahá'í Faith and they are these:

1. I have come to understand and believe that the Bahá'í Faith MUST have a Guardian living on Earth amongst us, because the Will and Testament of Abdu'l-Bahá, which was identified by the first Guardian of the Faith, Shoghi Effendi, as "the Charter of the New World Order", provides for a Guardian.

2. I have believed and understand what Shoghi Effendi wrote on page 4 of The World Order of Bahá'u'lláh, that the Will and Testament of Abdu'l-Bahá and Bahá'u'lláh's Most Holy Book, the Kitab-i-Aqdas, "are inseparable parts of one complete unit", and thus the Will and Testament is Bahá'í Holy Text, which only the Guardian of the Bahá'í Faith is Divinely Authorized to interpret, no other person or group.

3. Concerning the Universal House of Justice, the Will and Testament says: "the guardian of the Cause of God is its sacred head and the distinguished member for life of that body." The Will and Testament contains no thought or expression authorizing a headless Universal House of Justice.

4. The first Guardian of the Bahá'í Faith, Shoghi Effendi, on page 56 of The Dispensation of Bahá'u'lláh wrote about "...instruments...which must for all time preserve the unity of the organized followers of the Faith of Bahá'u'lláh". I believe that the Guardianship of the Bahá'í Faith, as defined and provided for in the Will and Testament of Abdu'l-Bahá, is one of those "instruments", even an essential one.

5. I fully believe that the provision in the Will and Testament of `Abdu'l-Bahá for not only a living Guardian of the Bahá'í Faith, but also for the institution the Hands of the Cause, appointed exclusively by the Guardian, as defined in the Will and Testament, is a provision, the neglect or rejection of which, seriously violates the Sacred Plan of Bahá'u'lláh for the Administration of the New World Order, as outlined and defined by that "Charter of the New World Order", the immortal "Child of the Covenant", the Will and Testament of `Abdu'l-Bahá.

All Baha'is are Brothers and Sisters in the Faith

Series of Questions continued from the posting of September 23, 2008
Q.6. Do you believe then that these Baha’is who have been led astray and are now under the leadership of the Haifa organization will forever consider the provisions of the Will and Testament of Abdu’l Baha pertaining to the institution of the Guardianship no longer applicable?
Ans. No. If those Baha’is who were formerly ardent and faithful believers during the Guardianship of Shoghi Effendi and have now been led to believe that the Guardianship ended with his passing as well as those Baha’is who have accepted the Faith following his passing would investigation fairly, sincerely and without bias the overwhelming evidence attesting to the continuation of the Guardianship found on our several web sites, they would inevitably perceive that the provisions of the divinely-conceived and sacred provisions of the Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l- Baha pertaining to the Guardianship have remained valid and unalterable and that the first Guardian faithfully fulfilled his obligation to appoint his successor according to its sacred Mandate. Accordingly, I invite and implore all the Baha’i friends to investigate independently and sincerely the truth and accept the “Will and Testament of Abdul Baha” as immutable documentary evidence that has undeniably insured the continuity of the Guardianship.
Q.7. Do I understand that the Baha’is under the Guardianship (i.e. Orthodox Baha’is) consider Baha’is who have rejected the continuation of the Guardianship as violators of the Covenant of Baha’u’llah?
Ans: No, the Guardian of the Faith has asked Orthodox Baha’is, in sharp contrast to the leaders of the sans-Guardian or Heterodox Baha’is who have labeled those of us who support the continuing Guardianship as Covenant-breakers, to consider all Baha’is as brothers and sisters in the Faith who unfortunately have been sadly and ironically lead far astray themselves from the Covenant but who hopefully will eventually, if not at this time, ultimately investigate the truth, embrace completely the provisions of the Will and Testament of Abdu’l-Baha as sacrosanct and turn their faces towards and fully support the living Guardian of the Faith, as enjoined by Him in that sacred and immortal Document.
Q. 8. Do I understand correctly that there is no clergy in the Baha’i Faith?
Ans: Yes. We have only the Administrative Order. All Baha’is study the Teachings of Baha’u’llah for themselves and endeavor to teach the Faith to others to the best of their ability.

Why do they Deny the Continuance of the Guardianship?

Series of Questions continued from the posting of September 7, 2008
Q.5. What is the reason then why the present group of Baha’is under the leadership of the Haifa organization do not recognize the continuance of the Guardianship?
Ans. Upon the passing of Shoghi Effendi in November 1957, a majority of the Baha’is were tragically led astray from their former faithful adherence to the provisions of the Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha by the highly revered Hands of the Cause (distinguished and highly esteemed assistants appointed by the Guardian who serve under his direction) who, upon the passing of Shoghi Effendi, failed to recognize the import and significance of Shoghi Effendi’s appointment of Mason Remey as President of the first International Baha’i Council (the embryonic Universal House of Justice) over which according to the provisions of the Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha only the Guardian of the Faith presides as its “sacred head” and for this reason had been carefully retained by Shoghi Effendi as an inactive body, pending his passing. These Hands, losing sight of the fact that the Guardian must appoint his successor “in his own life-time” and therefore not by a conventional will and testament, upon not finding such a will, erroneously concluded that the Guardianship had come to a premature end. They then appointed a body of nine Hands from their own number, a body outside the provisions of the Will and Testament of ‘Abdu’l-Baha, which assumed the role and functions of the Guardianship and took control of the world administrative seat of the Faith in Haifa. Some six years later, in 1963,this body transferred the authority and functions it had illegitimately assumed to the UHJ in Haifa, a now headless and incomplete body in the absence of a presiding Guardian, whose successor elected bodies have been similarly named Universal Houses of Justice. It should be clearly understood that the Universal House of Justice established by ‘Abdu’l-Baha in His Will and Testament was designed as the supreme legislative body of the Faith, in contrast to the Guardianship who is endowed with supreme executive authority in the Faith, and for this reason these two institutions of the Baha’i Administrative Order are complementary and inseparable and have been referred to by Shoghi Effendi as the “twin institutions” of the Faith. As the so-called UHJ in Haifa is currently inappropriately exercising both executive and legislative functions, this body is therefore rightfully considered by Orthodox Baha’is to be a patently illegitimate body. Furthermore, under the terms of the Will and Testament of Abdu’l-Baha the Guardian of the Faith, is not only designated the “Center of the Cause” and the sole interpreter of Baha’i Holy Writ but he is endowed, as well, with the essential function of presiding, for life, as “the sacred head” of the Universal House of Justice, and as the sole interpreter of the Words of Baha’u’llah, thereby insures that the UHJ does not consider, much less pass, any legislation that would be contrary to the spirit or meaning of the laws revealed by Baha’u’llah or would run counter to His utterances.

Why They Shunned the Independent Investigation of Truth?

Sans-Guardian Baha’is Say about us;

> They are Covenant Breakers.

In the words of Baha'u'llah,

"Purge your sight, that ye may perceive its glory with your own eyes, and depend not on the sight of any one except your self, for God hath never burdened any soul beyond its power. Thus hath it been sent down unto the Prophets and Messengers of old, and been recorded in all the Scriptures."
