All Baha'is need a living Guardian to be faithful to every clause of the Master's (Abdul-Baha's) Will and Testment which Shoghi Effendi stated was unalterable and unchangable. A Universal House of justice without a living Guardian as its President alters and changes the provisions and clauses of the Will and Testament. This in itself is enough to invalidate the infallibility and legitamacy of such a body as calls itself by that name.
