Charter of the New World

Even though the content of the letters and manuscripts which I composed and sent to the Auxiliary Board Member for Protection and other official addresses of the Heterodox Bahá'í administration during the past two years vividly articulated my personally held belief that the Will and Testament of Abdu'l-Baha' must, by deeds and application, be recognized as the Charter of the New World Order, the Child of the Covenant, not merely by words or in theory, I have received no official word from the Heterodox Baha'i administration concerning my membership within that Baha'i community, namely membership #137661, Ross W. A. Campbell.
The Maxwell Pilgrim Notes of Jan.-Mar. 1937 speak of the Dispensation of Baha'u'llah, as the "spiritual testament" of the first of our Guardians, Shoghi Effendi:
"There was a danger that the friends might misunderstand the Master's Will, and thus the Dispensation of Baha'u'llah was written, Shoghi Effendi's spiritual testament in detail. He has fixed in it the relations of things to each other. We cannot go beyond what he has defined. However, the second Guardian can interpret the "Dispensation" itself. He has the same promise to be the inspired interpreter. The Guardian is the interpreter, expounder of the Cause and the protector of the Cause."...
"The Guardian can overrule a decision of the International House of Justice if he conscientiously feels it is not in accord with the teachings. This is the interpretive right. The second part of his part of his work is participation in the legislative body. All endowments, international and local, are to be deferred to the International House of Justice. The Guardian has no right whatsoever in these matters. He has the Huquq...."
Of course, the Dispensation of Baha'u'llah eloquently speaks for itself, clearly defining the position of the Guardians in God's Kingdom on Earth, which will be brought to accomplishment by mankind's obedience to the Charter of the New World Order, the Will and Testament of `Abdu'l-Bahá, the Child of the Covenant.
The continuing disobedience to that sacred Child of the Covenant, by the current Heterodox Bahá'í administration leaves me no alternative other than to officially withdraw my membership (#137661) as Bahá'í under the current Heterodox administration, while simultaneously presenting again the document which I sent to many addresses of Bahá'ís under the current Heterodox administration, which manuscript expresses my submission to the 3rd Guardian of the Bahá'í Faith:

Ascension of Baha’u’llah

On 29th May the Orthodox Baha’is of the world mark the Ascension of Baha'u'llah.

About a year prior to His passing, Baha’u’llah revealed His Will and Testament, which named His eldest son, Abdu’l-Baha, as His successor and constitutes the Covenant of Baha’u'llah.

Baha’u'llah’s ministry came to an end in 1892. He left to humanity a priceless heritage of spiritual and social teachings.

Now this priceless heritage of spiritual and social teachings are continuing under the living Guardian of Baha’i Faith, Joel Bray Marangella.

Indian Orthodox Baha'is pay homage to all the Baha'is of the world on the Ascension of Baha u llah and pray for all the Baha'is to turn their faces towards the real successor of Baha u llah, The Guardian of Baha'i Faith.

 “That one indeed is a man who, today, dedicated himself to the service of the entire human race. The Great Being saith: Blessed and happy is he that ariseth to promote the best interests of the peoples and kindreds of the earth. It is not for him to pride himself who loveth his own country, but rather for him who loveth the whole world. The earth is but one country, and mankind its citizens.”  (Baha’u’llah)

Wilmette NSA's Petition Rejected

The Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit DENIED the Wilmette NSA's petition for rehearing.  The next step, if the NSA decides to take it, is to file a petition for certiorari with the US Supreme Court.  They have 90 days. After that, the decision is final.

Such stupid petitions puts the Justice of the Baha'i Faith in a ridiculous position. The so-called House of Justice's approval for such actions, questions the sans-guardian's administrative legitimacy.

Joel Bray Marangella is recognized by Orthodox Bahá'ís as the third Guardian of the Bahá'í Faith, the authorized interpreter of the Bahá'í Writings and the president and sacred head for life of the Universal House of Justice (provisionally named, in its embryonic form, as the International Bahá'í Council of the Orthodox Bahá'ís). Born on September 22, 1918 in Lynn, Massachusetts, to his parents Phillip Amalfi Marangella and Edith Brooks Guthrie Marangella, both of whom enrolled as Bahá'ís when Joel was a baby, it may be concluded that young Joel was exposed to the teachings of the Faith at an early age. His parents encouraged him to independently investigate the truth including the investigation of other religious movements and faiths. As a young boy, Joel spent many summers at Green Acre Bahá'í summer school where he came in contact with most of the early believers in America. He declared his intentions of becoming a Baha'i as soon as he was able to do so, at the age of 15 years, and later became a Baha'i at the then legal age of 21. He resided in many of the major cities of the United States and participated both in the spiritual and administrative activities of their various Bahá'í communities. He married Irene, also a Bahá'í, in 1945, and five years later they answered the call of Shoghi Effendi (the first Guardian of the Faith) for pioneers to go to Europe to help spread the Faith and spent eighteen years in France. In 1954, the Hands of the Cause appointed Joel as an Auxiliary Board Member for the propagation of the Faith. He participated in the formation of the first National Spiritual Assembly of France in May 1958 becoming its first  President and again following its two successive elections until its forced disbandment in May 1960 by an heterodox Baha'i organization that had rejected Mason Remey as the second Guardian of the Faith, had then illegally seized control over the Faith and had taken this action against this national administrative body because of its outright rejection of this control and had, instead, been the only NSA to recognize the validity of the proclamation of Mason Remey on the clear facts presented therein, had duly accepted him as the second Guardian of the Faith. In 1965, Joel became the third Guardian of the Faith, having been appointed by Mason Remey as his successor both in a hand-written letter and through his appointment of him as the President of the Second International Bahá'í Council (the embryonic Universal House of Justice of which only the Guardian is the authorized legitimate head). After leaving France in 1968, Joel lived successively in Germany, Switzerland and Australia before his return to the United States in March of 2010.
