“Praised be Thou, O my God, that Thou hast ordained Naw-Ruz as a festival unto those who have observed the fast for love of Thee and abstained from all that is abhorrent unto Thee.
Grant, O my Lord, that the fire of Thy love and the heat produced by the fast enjoined by Thee may inflame them in Thy Cause, and make them to be occupied with Thy praise and with remembrance of Thee.”
-- Baha’u’llah--
The National Baha’i Council of Orthodox Baha’is of India congratulate to all the Baha’is on this Day of God, the Naw-Ruz (21st March) and pray on this auspicious day to guide the innocent Baha’i friends who still believe that the Universal House of Justice appoints the guardian.
Nice Naw-ruz greeting and message.
ReplyDeleteI am a Baha'i since last 32 years and every year I celebrate the Naw-ruz, but, today I came to know why we celebrate this festival.
Till now no Baha'i conveyed me that this is for those who fast for 19 days. In last 32 year as a Baha'i I never fast, therefore, I will not participate in this year's Naw-ruz celebrations.
How many wives and children the guardian has? Will the next guardian be from his family?
ReplyDeleteDear Anonymous seeker,
ReplyDeleteThe guardian Joel Maragella has already one appointed his successor to Mr. Nosrat u llah Bahremand. He is a born Baha'i and his father was also accepted the guardianship of Mason Remey after Shoghi Effendi.
Your question "will the next guardian be from his family" created doubt in my mind that whether you are or not? A Baha'i can never raise such question because he knows well that it is not essential that guardian should be the son of guardian. Matter of aghsan is over since the time of Abdu'l Baha and even Shoghi Effendi was died issue-less.
You have used the word seeker but you are a cheater.
